Items included in your rental
Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small (toaster, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker) appliances, and pots and pans. Starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, and comforters, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sponges for dishes, spare blankets (amount varies by property).
Common items to bring for your stay:
- Clothing and personal bath toiletries.
- Food and food related items- spices, coffee/flat bottom coffee filters, specific/unique small appliances (rice cooker, slow cooker, etc.)
- Firewood/Fire starting materials
- Beach towels for hot tub/pool (if applicable)
- Specific/preferred bedding and bedding for the pull-out beds and/or futons
Check In/Check Out Times
Check In is at 4 pm and Check Out is at 11/10 am depending on your property. (early check in/late check out can be added to your reservation for a fee, schedule permitting)
Payment Terms
Payment Terms: 25% of your rental total is due at the time of booking and final payment is automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that if your reservation is made within 30 days of your check in, full payment is due at the time of booking. Unless another credit card is provided to the office staff, final payments will automatically be charged to the card on file, based on the guest count claimed at the time of booking, 30 days prior to arrival. Note that your balance may change if your guest count or number of pets changes. You may increase your occupancy up until check in and we will charge your card accordingly. No daytime visitors or extra guests are permitted without permission from staff or management.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $75 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations sooner than 60 days from Check In date will not receive a refund unless a new reservation, made by a different party, takes the place of the cancelled dates. The refund will be the equivalent of the new rental, a full refund, or whichever is less. Note that the “new reservation” does not mean that the guests who are canceling have the option to reschedule for different dates, using the money paid as a credit for a future reservation.
Optional Cancellation Insurance Coverage
Cabins and Lodges has partnered with RentalGuardian.com ® and InsureStays TM to help safeguard your booking deposit and other pre-paid non-refundable payments related to planned travel. We strongly encourage you to purchase optional travel insurance. Travel Insurance covers risks incidental to planned travel such as sickness, accidental injury, or death of you or a family member (or of a traveling companion), weather delays, natural disasters, unexpected changes in your employment, and many more specified reasons.
✓ The coverage costs 7% of your total reservation invoice. The premium charged for travel insurance is generally non-refundable after 15 days of coverage purchase.
✓ As a covered traveler, should you have a medical issue or experience trip delay or interruption due to unforeseen developments, you may initiate your claim by calling (833) 610-0736.
✓ Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no
refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available if the date of cancellation is within 60 days prior to your reservation date; therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.

Damage Protection Coverage
Our Damage Protection program covers up to 10xs the fee that is charged. For example: if the damage protection fee is $30, then there will be $300 in coverage. Cabins and Lodges is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by the Cabins and Lodges for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Determination of actual damages will be at the sole discretion of Cabins and Lodges and the program underwriter..

Wonderful little cabin
We really enjoyed this cabin. Cozy but still had privacy between the two bedrooms and perfect location. Had everything we needed for the weekend! -
Beautiful and calm
Felt secluded the moment we pulled through the gate. Everything was as described. If you are entering the house for the first time in darkness, have your flashlight out. The light switches are hard to find. Beautiful and comfortable cabin. (Please note for those who are bigger - the chairs around the firepit are hard plastic, not wood.) -

This cute little cabin was just what was needed! We stayed 5 days but already thinking of booking again the Fall. Kudos to the cleaning crew, it was immaculate. -

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend away from everything, and this property fit the bill perfectly. It was off the beaten path but not too far from the amenities of the Hocking Hills region. It quiet and relaxing while we were at the cabin. The cabin and it's amenities were as described, there were no surprises, and everything we needed to know was clearly communicated to us. -
Relaxing getaway
This cozy cabin had everything we needed. We really appreciated all of the hooks to hang rain gear, wet hot tub towels, swimming suits, etc. The location was extremely convenient to Hocking Hills attractions. -
My stay at this Airbnb cabin was an absolutely great experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene surroundings. The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing escape. What truly set this experience apart was the cabin owner's impressive collection of music and movies! It felt like having my private entertainment haven amidst nature's breathtaking beauty. As a dog owner, I really appreciated that this cabin is pet-friendly! My golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed roaming the beautiful outdoors. It made the trip all the more special to have my four-legged friend by my side. One minor note to fellow travelers: Although the cabin is equipped with all essentials, do remember to bring your shampoo and body wash. Not an issue for me as I always bring my toiletries, but it's worth mentioning to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. All in all, I can't recommend this Airbnb cabin enough!

We loved it here so much, we found it hard to leave to spend time in the surrounding area, which was a good problem to have. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, sharing meals on the deck and marshmallows over a fire. Construction nearby and passing traffic was noticed, but an otherwise peaceful setting. A few things to bring despite amenities listed: olive oil, bath soap (hand soap provided).

Birthday getaway
We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect and super clean . The owner thought of everything for this cabin like board games and LOTS of movies ( DVD& VHS) there was plenty of room for us. We loved how the rooms were divided if we were to have had another couple with us it would have been great . The only suggestion I can make is maybe put a roof over the hot tub so it can be enjoyed regardless of the weather ( it rained for a while day so we were unable to use it ) we would definitely stay here again -

Clean, Quiet, Cozy
The location of the cabin was perfect. You're away from other properties enough to feel like you're in the middle of the woods, yet close to several hocking hills attractions in the area. The property offered peace and quiet, and the cabin itself was very comfortable. The surrounding property was perfect for taking our pup for walks in the woods. The loft is a little creaky, which can be fun after watching scary movies, bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness in the cabin was great, no issues. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. -
First Trip to Hocking Hills
Such a cute, clean property. We so enjoyed a few slower paced days exploring Hocking Hills. This log cabin was great to back to for meals, family board games and sitting on the front porch swing with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Totally recommend. -

Beautiful area
Very clean, rustic cabin. Loved the fire place although the weather was to hot to use it. We were able to use the hot tub the last night as it wasn't to hot and enjoyed looking up at all the stars. Beautiful area. Enjoyed the hiking at Rock House, Old Man Cave and Conkles Hollow. Would love to come back on the spring when the waterfalls are flowing. -

Heaven in the woods
Very pleased with this house. The house was exceptionally clean and very cozy. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after hiking. The only minor detail worth noting is if you are traveling with pets it's obviously very dark at night. The front and rear porch lights work fine, but if you are walking your pet around the property I would suggest a flashlight. There is one in the house but may want to bring a larger light. Would absolutely rent here again. Thanks for a great stay!! -

Lovely cabin!
We have a wonderful weekend at the cabin! The weather wasn't cooperative, but we enjoyed spending lots of time inside. My dog loved the property around the cabin. We enjoyed sitting by the cozy fire and enjoyed the hottub and grill. Most trails are only 20 minutes from the cabin. We hope to visit again (and longer) when the weather is better. -

Perfect Friend Getaway!
My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights to rest and catch up with each other. We loved everything about it! Plenty of space, so private and peaceful, with beautiful artwork throughout. We had fun exploring the area and we were close to plenty of activities. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin! -
Stargazing hiking with my golden retriever
Property is ideal for any of the Hocking parks or reserve hollows. John Glenn observatory (no telescope) away from lights and a near 180 degree view is close by and one of the darkest sites in the state. Almost hate to give a good review because I sure hope this property is available the next time I'd like to go! A couple and a couple of kids, or two couples could stay one bedroom is a little nicer than the other but both are nice. I stayed with my dog and had a ball! -

Cozy, private setting- a lovers' retreat
We so enjoyed the huge fireplace and hot tub. The cabin is spacious and we felt at home immediately. All was neat and clean. We would have liked to have had extra blankets available (we were there in January), for the bed and also to cuddle under while watching TV. The check-out instructions say to put all the dishes in the dishwasher, there isn't one. There is a very large selection of movies, but we couldn't get the VHS machine to work using the universal remote control , so instructions for that would be helpful. Finally, there is no hair dryer; that really is a must have. So if one is not to be provided, that should be made clear in the pre-visit notes. -
