Cantwell Prairie is the ultimate Hocking Hills vacation destination! 7 total bedrooms, 2 fishing ponds, seasonal in-ground pool, pet friendly, 40 private acres and a private arcade! The Main Lodge offers 6 bedrooms and room for up to 15 guests and pets and the Guest House has a game room and space for up to 4 guests! Renting this cabin rental in the Hocking Hills area allows guests to use both Main Lodge and Guest House. It is located across from Cantwell Cliffs State Park, so if you decide to venture offsite, hiking is not far away!

Guests: Up to 19 guests (guests 3 and under are not counted in guest count figures. Properties are priced on a base rate and additional nightly guest charges will apply after the guest count exceeds the base rate)
Pets: Up to 3 (dogs only $50/dog/reservation)
Bedrooms: 7 (bed linens, pillows, comforters provided)
Baths: 3 (bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap provided- personal toiletry/shower items not provided)

Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small (toaster, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker) appliances, and pots and pans. Starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, and comforters, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sponges for dishes, spare blankets (amount varies by property)
Common items to bring for your stay:
- Clothing and personal bath toiletries- for allergenic reasons we do not supply shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
- Food and food related items- spices, coffee/flat bottom coffee filters, specific/unique small appliances (rice cooker, slow cooker, etc.)
- Firewood/Fire starting materials
- Grill propane as mentioned above, you may choose to rent a propane tank through our company, which must be done 7 days prior to your arrival
- Beach towels for hot tub/pool (if applicable)
- Specific/preferred bedding and bedding for the pull out beds and/or futons
Check In/Check Out Times
Check In is at 4 pm and Check Out is at 11 am (early check in/late check out can be added to your reservation for a fee, schedule permitting)
Payment Terms
Payment Terms: 25% of your rental total is due at the time of booking and final payment is automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that if your reservation is made within 30 days of your check in, full payment is due at the time of booking. Unless another credit card is provided to the office staff, final payments will automatically be charged to the card on file, based on the guest count claimed at the time of booking, 30 days prior to arrival. Note that your balance may change if your guest count or number of pets changes. You may increase your occupancy up until check in and we will charge your card accordingly. No daytime visitors or extra guests are permitted without permission from staff or management.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $75 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations sooner than 60 days from Check In date will not receive a refund unless a new reservation, made by a different party, takes the place of the cancelled dates. The refund will be the equivalent of the new rental, a full refund, or whichever is less. Note that the “new reservation” does not mean that the guests who are canceling have the option to reschedule for different dates, using the money paid as a credit for a future reservation.
Optional Cancellation Insurance Coverage
Cabins and Lodges has partnered with RentalGuardian.com ® and InsureStays TM to help safeguard your booking deposit and other pre-paid non-refundable payments related to planned travel. We strongly encourage you to purchase optional travel insurance. Travel Insurance covers risks incidental to planned travel such as sickness, accidental injury, or death of you or a family member (or of a traveling companion), weather delays, natural disasters, unexpected changes in your employment, and many more specified reasons.
✓ The coverage costs 7% of your total reservation invoice. The premium charged for travel insurance is generally non-refundable after 15 days of coverage purchase.
✓ As a covered traveler, should you have a medical issue or experience trip delay or interruption due to unforeseen developments, you may initiate your claim by calling (833) 610-0736.
✓ Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no
refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available if the date of cancellation is within 60 days prior to your reservation date; therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.

Damage Protection Coverage
This $69 Damage Protection is program covers up to $1500 in accidental damage to your rented unit that occurs during your covered occupancy. Cabins and Lodges is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by the Cabins and Lodges for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Determination of actual damages will be at the sole discretion of Cabins and Lodges and the program underwriter. Great Stay
Property was beautiful, quiet, and serene. Every day we had deer coming and going. The home was clean and the amenities were good. The one story layout was great and we loved that we didn't have to worry about steps for some of our group members. I would recommend bringing extra blankets for the beds for anyone who is generally chilly. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and dinnerware for a full house. There are no lights on the front of the house, and therefore I would recommend also bringing extra flashlights/lantern so that you can see coming into/out of the home in the evening. Overall, a great home away from home that I would recommend to anyone . Short drive to Wal-Mart (13 minutes) and there's a DG just down the road for a quick stop. -
CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!
Just perfect! We had a girls retreat, 9 ladies fit comfortably and the amenities were incredible. Can't say enough about this amazing property. -

The property and house had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The little ones even caught a few fish! -
Extended Family get together
We loved the seclusion of this property and all the beautiful open land around the cabin. The pool and fire pit were also so nice for our family to enjoy all to ourselves. We had a couple minor issues with the pool and hot tub and they were fixed within hours of contacting the owners. We had an amazing time exploring Hocking Hills too! Highly recommend this place. -

Great weekend getaway!
Our experience at this property was great — a big group of us got together for a weekend away and spent plenty of time by the pool and relaxing off the grid. The property was as expected, and it was nice having a lot of different rooms and bathrooms to choose from. -
Great family getaway
We had a great time with our family, had everything we needed and plenty of room. The outside deck area was awesome. Really enjoyed the view/property, pool, game room. We had some issues while we stayed with the A/C but the response was really quick and they provided some window units while they tried to fix the other issues. Really a great response by them bc it was over the 4th of July weekend too. We all look back on this as a great place and experience. -

Great for families
This a great property for a family weekend. Very nice cabin that's close to popular hiking trails and was a great winter getaway. We plan on visiting again in warm weather to enjoy more of the activities available in the summer. -
Would stay again!
It was a great stay! Lots of land and privacy (except for a few families of deer we saw in the mornings). 9 of us stayed for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for us to be together, but also have enough privacy when needed. I'm pretty sure each bedroom had a tv with plenty of cable channels and a dvd player. The hot tub and outdoor deck was very soothing. My only complaints would be that the water pressure seemed to be lesser than what were used to and the kitchen sink/disposal backed up a bit. 2 things that were“unclear” with us before attending was the bathroom layout and the pool house layout. For those wondering, there is a full bathroom downstairs (shower only, no tub) a full bathroom on the main level and a half bath attached to the room/loft upstairs. Then a full bath in the pool house. The pool house was a BIT further away from the main than I was expecting (like 150 feet away instead of right next to the main house) and the bottom floor is where the pool table and air hockey was, then the 2nd floor had the beautiful apartment which had a small kitchen and large bedroom (even had it's own washer/dryer). -
Senior Getaway
It was fantastic! The property is absolutely beautiful! The pool was super relaxing! We had stayed there as a senior trip for our boys graduating. There were 16 of us..mostly kids. This property was the perfect setting with the main cabin, pool, hot tub, firpit, yard games etc. it was tucked away remotely however there are neighbors surrounding the big property. Our boys like loud music and they played their speaker in the deck while enjoying the games and hot tub. On our second night we received a noise complain at 8:17pm. Now I understand the music was loud but I thought that was a little wary to be voicing a complaint. The night before we had done the same thing and were trying to be respectful so we turned down the music at 10pm and got no complaints at all! Why the second night? I'm not sure. We did turn down the music and went on with our evening. Other than that, it was an absolute perfect getaway!! -

We were very satisfied. Yard was mowed, deck, and grill were cleaned. Hot tub was clean and on Friday they came and checked the pool. We called many times with questions and the individuals that answered the phones were very friendly and were able to answer all questions.
